OLIVIA V. DRESEVIC is an Associate Attorney at The Health Law Partners, P.C. Ms. Dresevic represents a broad range of health care industry clients across a variety of transactional and regulatory matters. She focuses her practice on matters involving telemedicine, digital health, remote patient monitoring and virtual care arrangements, fraud and abuse compliance, including self-referral and anti-kickback laws, provider contracting, professional licensing and scope of practice issues, the corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare enrollment, audits, and appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dresevic worked at nationally-ranked Am Law 100 and 200 firms where she routinely counseled clients on complex regulatory issues. She also advised on various corporate and transactional matters involving mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, affiliations between universities and health systems, joint ventures, and other strategic affiliations.

Ms. Dresevic is a graduate of Michigan State University and Wayne State University Law School. While in law school, she served as a member of the nationally-acclaimed Moot Court program.

Ms. Dresevic is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Health Law Section, the Florida Bar, and the State Bar of Michigan.
