GINA R. DOLAN represents healthcare facilities, providers and organizations in a wide variety of healthcare legal matters, including regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, licensing, billing and claims issues, transactional arrangements and health insurance audits. She assists clients with Medicare, Medicaid and third-party reimbursement issues, managed care contracting, and counseling the formation and development of Independent Practice Associations (IPAs). She also has experience with implementing corporate compliance and HIPAA compliance programs and training physician practices, hospitals, nursing homes and billing companies in compliance.
Ms. Dolan graduated with a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and earned her J.D. from Hofstra Law School. During law school, she participated in the E. David Woycik, Jr. Intensive Trial Techniques Program and the Domestic Violence Courtroom Advocates Program.
Ms. Dolan is licensed to practice law in New York, and is a member of the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
