TIMOTHY BURKHARD is an associate with The Health Law Partners, P.C. Mr. Burkhard graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2009, where he finished in the top 5 percent of his graduating class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Burkhard was on the Dean’s List every semester, and he received recognition for achieving the highest overall grade in nine of his law school classes. Mr. Burkhard graduated Cum Laude from Western Michigan University in 2004.
Mr. Burkhard practices in all areas of health care law, and focuses his practice on health care business transactions and corporate matters, licensure matters and health care litigation, including Civil False Claims Act and white collar criminal defense.
