ADELE P. JORISSEN is an associate with The Health Law Partners, P.C. She graduated cum laude from the University of Dallas in 2004. Ms. Jorissen graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she served as an Executive of the Moot Court Board.
Ms. Jorissen practices in all areas of healthcare law and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to representing providers in the Recovery Audit Contractor ("RAC"), Medicare and other third party payor audit appeals processes. She has significant experience representing hospices in the Medicare appeals process. She also regularly assists clients with transactional and corporate matters.
Ms. Jorissen is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and American Bar Association.
